Weight Management Package (12 Weeks)
Have you been trying to lose weight for longer than you’d like to admit?

Whatever your reason for wanting to lose weight, it is important to do it the right way for it to be long term and sustainable. Throughout the 12 weeks you will get support, guidance and become confident in making the best choices for yourself and your long- term goals.
My aim for this package is to give you the knowledge and tools to help yourself long after our appointments finish. What you can expect during the 12 weeks:
- To form healthy eating habits that are nourishing and satisfying, not overly restrictive.
- Learn about the types of foods you should eat regularly and how to form eating patterns that meet your requirements.
- Learn strategies to gain control over hunger and food cravings.
- Identify and overcome barriers preventing you from achieving long term results.
- Getting to the root cause that caused the weight gain or has prevented you from losing weight.
- Accountability – this one is huge. Clients with regular appointments do far better than ones that come in once and try the rest on their own.
- This is a healthy approach to weight loss with whole foods to nourish your body and flexibility to make it part of your lifestyle.
What is included:
- 1 x Initial consultation – To discuss your medical history, goals, challenges and the best methods for your individual weight loss program.
- 11 x 30min check in appointments via Zoom – To discuss progress, any necessarychanges and for accountability/support.
